For some reason your mood can't be "ill" or "sick"  I'm not sure why.  But if I could choose from any icon, it should look like this lil guy:  :blownose: Which is why there was no new art this last week.  Work pretty much sapped all my available energy and then some.  Thankfully, today is a day off, as is tomorrow.  So hopefully... something new soon.  :D

...or is it just dragons and fairies and unicorns vs other fantasy subjects? Just observing that people seem to be colored-in-dragon-fairy-whores.  You know... if you paint a colored dragon or fairy--or even better, paste together a bunch of stock photos and overlay it with filters--you will get 5 times the response of a black and white image of the same thing, and 10 times the response of a black and white image of something that isn't a dragon or fairy, even if the quality of said colored dragon/fairy is inferior. Not that I dislike colored fairies, if they are done well, and actually show artistic merit (twosilverstars (https://www.deviantart.com/twosilverstars)'s calendar is

Right.  So when I went through my sketchbook from the past several months, I realized that, while I'd *sketched* a lot of things, I'd not done a lot of actually finished *drawings*.  And I definitely haven't done any painting.  Unfortunately this means that I don't really have that much to upload.  The one piece I felt was finished enough I already uploaded. I've been poking around the galleries on my friends list, catching up with what people are doing, and number of people have been going back to old work and "upgrading."  I thought perhaps I might try the same.  Or maybe find some inspiration in some new stock galleries I've found recentl
